Venus and her family are to retain the copyright to the image. As the copyright holder, Venus and her family members may reproduce and sell
prints, giclees or any means of reproduction of the image of the painting. Buyer may re-sell the original painting but may not reproduce and
re-sell images of the painting in prints, giclees or other means of reproduction. Buyer may post images of the painting in websites or blogs
that are not for resale as long as they are credited to Venus having been the artist of the painting. My images may not be copied, digitally
altered and may not be used by other means without permission. Please contact me to publish my images for other reasons or in books.

I try to provide the most accurate descriptions and best images I can. Some items may appear larger or smaller in photographs. Computer
monitors vary by color and are beyond my control. If you have questions about color feel free to Email me. Read measurements to get an
accurate idea of the size. I do not give refunds or exchanges to buyers who have not read or who have inaccurately read the size or item
description. Most artwork looks even better in person. It is your responsibility to read all of the description or look at the image carefully. If you
would like to see more detailed photos or larger photos of a painting Email me and I will email you more photos.

~PAYMENT INFORMATION
I accept Credit Cards and Checks through PayPal. I have used PayPal for over 10 years and feel very secure that it is safe for both me and
my buyers. Payments by E-Check through PayPal will take a few days longer due to PayPal withholding the payment for it to clear.
If your address on PayPal is unconfirmed you will be required by email to confirm that the transaction was authorized. This is for your
protection as well as mine.
Payment installments available for paintings over $500. Contact me to make arrangements.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of sale. If you need more time, please contact me.
Purchases made for a large amount will require a 14 day waiting period after payment has been received for payment to fully clear before
Artwork is shipped. This will allow time for the payment to fully process through Paypal and my bank.

intentionally designed .Every painting was created to my own personal liking and desire to create. The completion, style and technique of how
my work has been created is to my personal liking, therefore if art collectors like what I have created and wish to purchase what I have created
it is for sale as it has been created by me. As with all handmade art, each piece is one of a kind and unique, so there may be slight
differences from mass produced art. This is not to be seen as a defect, but as part of the character of the piece. Anything I consider to be a
flaw will be fully disclosed to the buyer. Otherwise each piece is considered to be intentionally created. When buying my artwork buyers
understand and agree to this, having read my policies. The descriptions and photos are as clear as possible to ensure that buyers know what
they are buying and are welcomed to ask questions before buying so that there is no dissatisfaction on the part of the buyer.
I am very professional and disclose everything I possibly can about my artwork, so I do not expect that any buyer will have the need or desire
to ask for a refund, but will instead be very happy with their art purchase. However, in the event that a buyer is dissatisfied, I will work with the
buyer to the best of my ability to work out the issue. If an agreement still cannot be reached and I have agreed to a refund, the buyer will be
refunded 100% if they wish to cancel the transaction before the item has been processed into PayPal. If buyers wish to cancel a transaction
after it has been processed through PayPal, buyers will receive a 100% refund less any PayPal fees I have inccured. If the transaction has
been processed and completed and the item has been shipped, the buyer will be refunded 80% of the purchase price less 20% for a
restocking fee, or Paypal fees and the shipping fee. It takes a lot of time and work to create, photograph, list, prepare and ship art and I feel
20% is a fair amount for my time and expense and will cover my loss of fees charged to me. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping and
expense of the artwork. Refund will be given only after I have received the artwork back and in its original condition. I do not give refunds to
buyers who have inaccurately read the description. I do not give refunds to buyers who I feel place unreasonable demands on the artwork. I
do not give refunds or exchanges for artwork that has been damaged or lost in shipping. I provide my buyers with shipping insurance to
protect the art in the event that it becomes damaged or lost in shipping. Buyer is responsible for making the insurance claim against the
shipping company. I keep all receipts for proof of shipping and can provide copies.
~ SHIPPING POLICIES
I do not ship on weekends or holidays, so please allow a couple of extra days during those times. During December and holidays shipping
time will be slower at the Post Office...instead of the usual 3 to 7 days, it may take up to 7 to 10 days for your package to arrive once I have
shipped it.
Items are usually shipped a few business days after I received your order. Items are shipped after the transaction has been fully completed
through Paypal and my bank. Unconfirmed Paypal accounts or payments by Paypal E-Check will take longer to process and items cannot be
shipped until the transaction has been completed.
Please allow a few extra days for me to prepare large orders.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
I use Standard U.S. Postal Service to ship small pieces and Federal Express for shipping larger pieces. Elite pieces can be shipped with
professional art shipping services. Contact me to discuss your options.
I charge a flat rate shipping fee for the continental United States in order to better serve you more quickly. Therefore, your shipping rate may
be slightly more or less than what I have charged..If the flat rate shipping I have charged is significantly less than the actual fees, you may be
contacted and required to pay additional fees for shipping. If the shipping rate happens to be only slightly different than what I have charged, I
will personally pay the additional expense. If it is significantly less, buyer will be issued a refund of the overcharge amount.
Shipping Fees for orders under $50.00 include: Packaging, Art Documents, Invoice and Shipping. They do not include insurance or delivery
confirmation. If you would like insurance and delivery confirmation contact me to make arrangements.

PACKAGING
I package my paintings myself to ensure secure delivery. Small items are shipped securely in bubble mailer envelopes or boxes with bubble
wrap. Large paintings are shipped in cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and/or peanuts. Paintings valued over $1000.00 will receive special
attention and packaging. Please Contact me to discuss your preferred packaging and shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I'm now happy to offer International Shipping. However, international shipping is a more complicated process and will be handled on an
individual basis. I generally use the U.S. Postal Service for shipping. Shipping rate includes all packaging, documents and shipping expenses.
That price may not however include tracking and insurance depending on the post office policies for shipping out of the country to your
country. I can provide shipping services that will provide insurance and tracking but it may require additional fees. If the flat rate shipping I
